Privacy policy
Short version: we collect what you send us in an enquiry, we use it to answer that enquiry, and we do not sell it.
What we collect
When you submit the enquiry form we store the name, company, email address, telephone number and country you provide, along with the commercial details of your requirement — quantities, Incoterm, destination port, target price and timeline — and the message you write.
We also record the page the enquiry came from, the referring website, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address. The hash lets us rate-limit abuse without retaining your actual IP address.
Why we hold it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, ship samples, and maintain a commercial record of our dealings with you. That is the entire purpose. We do not build advertising profiles and we do not enrich your record from third-party data brokers.
Who sees it
Our export desk staff, and — where your enquiry requires a specific construction — the partner coating line quoting it. In that case we share only the technical requirement, never your contact details, unless you ask us to introduce you directly.
We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry data. We do not add you to a marketing list you did not ask to join.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a transaction are retained for 24 months and then deleted. Where a transaction takes place, commercial records are retained for the period Indian tax and customs law requires.
Your rights
Write to sales@infinityeximmerchants.com and we will provide a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the EU or UK, we will do so within 30 days as GDPR requires. If you are elsewhere, we will do so anyway.
When you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is carried on Meta's infrastructure and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms as well as ours. We retain the business content of those conversations in the same way we retain email.
Google Maps
The contact page embeds a Google map showing our office. When that map loads, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, under Google's privacy policy rather than ours. The map is loaded only when you scroll it into view on that one page, and we receive nothing from it — we do not use it to identify or track you. If you would rather not load it, the address is written out in full beside the map and in the footer of every page.
Cookies
We set no advertising or analytics cookies of our own. Session storage is used only to remember that the WhatsApp panel has already greeted you, so it does not reopen on every page. The only third-party cookies this site can cause are Google's, from the map described above.
